About Rent An Attire

Rent An Attire is a designer occasionwear rental platform offering premium outfits for weddings, pre-wedding celebrations, and special occasions. We help customers find the perfect look while making designer fashion more accessible through rental.

We’re looking for a fashion-forward, customer-oriented individual who enjoys styling people, has an eye for detail, and is interested in working in a rapid-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Styling & Consultation: Understand customers’ preferences, occasions, and requirements to recommend suitable outfits and complete looks.
- Sales & Customer Experience: Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, convert enquiries into bookings, and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive outfit displays, organize the store, and ensure merchandise is presented effectively.
- Order Management: Track bookings, trials, pickups, and returns while ensuring outfits are ready and available for scheduled customer pickups.
- Outfit Readiness & Quality Checks: Coordinate outfit preparation, fitting, alterations, and finishing to ensure every outfit meets quality standards before dispatch or pickup.




- Basic Stitching & Alterations: Understand basic stitching and garment alterations to assist with minor fitting requirements and coordinate necessary changes.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of outfit availability, movement, and status.
- Customer Follow-ups: Coordinate with customers regarding trials, fittings, bookings, and pickup schedules.

Requirements

- Freshers with a genuine interest in fashion and styling are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An eye for fashion, colour coordination, silhouettes, and styling.
- Basic knowledge of stitching, garment fitting, and alterations.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-first approach and willingness to work towards sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a retail environment.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, styling, or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
