About the Role

We are an exciting new apparel brand preparing for our official market launch, and we are looking for a talented, hands-on Fashion Designer to join our founding team. In this role, you will lead the creative and technical design process from initial concept to final manufacturing, helping establish the visual identity and signature aesthetic of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and range plans in line with brand identity.
- Create detailed CAD designs, flat sketches, and production-ready tech packs (including BOMs, spec sheets, and construction details).
- Source and select appropriate fabrics, trims, hardware, and embellishments within target price points.
- Oversee garment sampling, fit sessions, and construction revisions to prepare styles for mass production.
- Communicate daily with textile suppliers, patternmakers, and garment manufacturers to ensure design execution and production deadlines are met.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and trend research relevant to our target customer.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional fashion/apparel design experience (launch/startup experience is a plus).




- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Tech, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (CLO 3D or Browzwear knowledge is a bonus).
- Strong expertise in garment construction, patternmaking concepts, fabric properties, and technical design.
- Proven track record of creating comprehensive tech packs that manufacturers can execute seamlessly.
- Strong organization, detail orientation, and communication skills.
