Eligibility
- MBA / PGDM
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching and/or industry experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage students through practical and interactive teaching methods
Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and practical-oriented classroom sessions
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments
- Mentor students for academic and career development
- Participate in curriculum development and academic quality initiatives
- Maintain student attendance, internal assessments, and academic records
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Outcome-Based Education (OBE)
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office , Powerpoint
- Industry exposure in management or hospitality sectors is an added advantage
