Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive App Support & Course Management Specialist to manage online/offline class scheduling, faculty coordination, course content updates, and student engagement tools. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to streamline academic operations across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Class Scheduling & Faculty Management
- o Plan and manage online/offline class schedules.o Coordinate faculty lectures, leaves, and time management.o Handle daily offline class scheduling from home/Office.
- Course & Content Management

o Create and manage subjects, chapters, and classes.o Add and update recent course content, descriptions, banners (MRP, Fee, Validity, Features).o Manage exam and syllabus updates.o Add practice sheets, revision sheets,



and extra notes.o Maintain double-column updates and online sheet updates.o Send event notifications and updates to support team.o Manage Google Sheets and maintain daily databases.o Track and manage tasks related to daily operations.o Ensure smooth studio management and workflow.o Support extra Workplace and administrative tasks as required.o Collaborate with faculty and Support teams to improve efficiency. - Additional Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, or related field.
- Knowledge about Govt. exams (ESB,SSC,Railway,Banking,MPPSC etc)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Office, and online learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
