Job Objective To manage daily factory floor operations, manpower, production targets, quality, material utilisation, and dispatch readiness across manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production across furniture, woodworking, metal fabrication, assembly, finishing, signage, and branding.
- Allocate manpower and ensure achievement of daily production targets.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor quality and minimise rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Quality Control, and Logistics for materials and dispatches.
- Track work-in-progress, production output, pending jobs, and manpower productivity.
- Maintain daily production reports and MIS records; SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Ensure machine safety, PPE compliance, 5S, and shop-floor discipline.
- Identify bottlenecks and resolve production delays promptly.
- Ensure finished goods are inspected, packed, and ready for dispatch on time.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Minimum 95% achievement of planned production targets.




- Minimum 95% adherence to committed production schedules.
- Reduction in rework, rejection, and material wastage.
- Improved manpower and machine utilisation.
- Accurate daily production reporting.
- Compliance with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Production, or a related field preferred.
- 6–8 years of experience in factory floor management or manufacturing supervision.
- Experience in furniture, retail fixtures, metal fabrication, signage, or interior fit-out manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand manufacturing workflows.
- Solid leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Accountability The Factory Floor Manager will be accountable for production execution, manpower productivity, quality, material discipline, safety, and timely dispatch readiness.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
