Role Description The Facility Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhongir, responsible for overseeing day-to-day facilities operations across the plant. This includes monitoring building infrastructure, utilities, and equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring optimal functioning of workspaces and common areas.

The role involves implementing and maintaining facility management (FM) procedures, supporting health and safety compliance, and liaising with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

The Facility

Officer will respond to facility-related requests,



assist with space planning and office moves, and ensure that cleanliness, security, and safety standards are consistently met. The position requires proactive communication with stakeholders to provide timely updates, maintain documentation, and contribute to a safe, productive, and well-organized work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM), including coordination of maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess solid Health & Safety skills, with experience in implementing safety protocols, compliance with regulations, and supporting risk assessments.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and supporting internal customers and plant teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial facilities, preferably in packaging or glass production, is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic MS Office tools and facility management software is beneficial, along with the ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks.
