1. Perform Welding Operations (MIG/TIG/Arc) as per WPS and quality standards.
2. Check fit up and alignment before welding.
3. Ensure proper pre-heating, welding parameters and sequence.
4. Carry out visual inspection and report defects.
5. Maintain welding equipment and cleanliness.
6. Preparation of Daily Production Record .
7. Follow all safety and fire prevention guidelines.
8. Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
9. Co-ordination with Fitters and Supervisor for workflow.
10. Choose appropriate welding consumables as per WPS.
11. Request maintenance or replacement of welding tools.
Experience : Two years experience in the relevant field is required. Education : Minimum 8th Pass and above.
Age : 20 yrs to 40 years.
