ROLE PURPOSE The Export Quality Engineer ensures that every export order is manufactured, inspected, packed and dispatched according to customer specifications and agreed quality standards. You will be the quality checkpoint between our factory and our international customers reviewing requirements before production, inspecting at key stages, and making sure each shipment leaves Euronics exactly as promised.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Pre-Production Review

Review export orders, drawings,



approved samples and customer specifications before production.

Track export order status and escalate delays or specification risks.

2. Production Monitoring & Inspection

Monitor production at key stages and address quality issues promptly. Conduct or coordinate in-process, final and pre-dispatch inspections. Verify product finish, dimensions, function, packaging, labels and accessories against client requirements.

3. Cross-Functional & Customer Coordination

Coordinate with Production, Quality, PPC, Stores and Export teams to meet order timelines.

Coordinate with clients or third-party inspectors during inspections, as required.

4. Documentation & Corrective Action

Maintain inspection reports, checklists, product records and corrective-action reports.

Support root-cause analysis and CAPA for quality issues found during inspection or reported by customers.
