Role Description The Export Executive is a full-time position in a hybrid work model, based in Talaja Taluka with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves managing end-to-end export operations, including preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating with logistics providers, customs agents, and internal teams, and ensuring timely shipment and delivery.

The Export

Executive will handle communication with international buyers, track orders, monitor inventory for export, and support pricing and contract negotiations in line with company policies.



The role also includes maintaining compliance with international trade regulations, assisting in import–export documentation when needed, and preparing regular reports on sales performance, shipment status, and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in export documentation and related compliance processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in managing export operations and coordinating international shipments.
- Candidates should possess skills in sales within international markets, with a focus on customer relationship management.
- Candidates should possess skills in import–export procedures and understanding of international trade practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional international languages are an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping, customs regulations, and trade documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or export management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in food exports or FMCG is preferred.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
