Role Overview
We are seeking an Export Sales Coordinator to handle export order processing, customer communication, shipment coordination, and export documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export orders from receipt to shipment.
- Communicate with international customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Prepare export documentation, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams for timely dispatch.
- Track shipments and maintain records in ERP/MS Excel.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Export Coordination/Export Documentation.
- Knowledge of export procedures and shipping documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- ERP experience will be an added advantage.
