- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and vendors to promote company services.

- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.

- Generate and follow up on leads through telephone calls.

- Explain services, offers, and relevant information clearly to customers.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

- Address customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.

- Maintain and update customer and lead information in CRM systems, spreadsheets, or Excel.

- Maintain valuable relationships with vendors and customers through regular communication.

- Record call details, follow-up status, and customer feedback accurately.

- Achieve assigned call, lead generation, and follow-up targets.

- Perform other telecalling and customer-support-related activities as assigned.

Job Specification

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.

Experience





- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or a related role.

- Prior experience in customer service or telecalling will be an added advantage.

- Preferably Male candidate

Skills & Competencies

- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer proficiency.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and spreadsheets.

- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple calls/follow-ups.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
