Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive / Sr Executive - Recruitment specializing in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) hiring with at least 1 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the BFSI sector, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry and its unique talent requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all assigned BFSI roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, job requirements, and team dynamics within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance domains.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, skilled networks, internal databases, and direct outreach.




- Conduct thorough resume screening and initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with BFSI industry standards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback and communication throughout the process.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings within the BFSI sector.
- Provide market insights and intelligence on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape within the BFSI industry to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate expectations, negotiate offers, and facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company positively to all candidates and external stakeholders.
