What you'll do

- Plan and execute daily dispatches according to customer schedules, delivery commitments, and priority requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure finished goods are ready for dispatch as per schedule.
- Prepare daily/weekly dispatch plans and coordinate vehicle requirements based on shipment volume, destination, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished PCBs, electronic assemblies, components, and electronic products to customers.
- Verify finished goods, quantity, part number, customer requirements, and packing condition before dispatch.
- Prepare and verify all required dispatch documentation, including Delivery Challan, Tax Invoice, E-Way Bill, Packing List, Transporter Documents, and Export Documents wherever applicable.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of dispatch documents before handing over shipments to transporters or logistics partners.
- Maintain dispatch registers, shipment records, customer-wise dispatch details, and delivery history for proper traceability.
- Ensure proper packing of electronic products, PCBs, assemblies, and sensitive components to prevent damage during transportation.
- Ensure ESD-safe packaging and handling for ESD-sensitive electronic products and components.
- Monitor packing quality, labelling, quantity, and shipment identification before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier agencies, freight forwarders, and logistics partners for timely shipment movement.
- Arrange suitable vehicles based on shipment volume, product type, delivery location, and customer requirements.
- Track dispatched shipments and continuously monitor transit and delivery status.




- Follow up with transporters and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and provide shipment status updates to internal teams and customers when required.
- Identify and resolve transportation-related issues, delays, shortages, damages, and delivery discrepancies in coordination with concerned parties.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for proof of delivery (POD) and ensure timely collection and filing of delivery acknowledgements.
- Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures, customer-specific requirements, logistics policies, and statutory documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales/Customer Service teams regarding urgent shipments, customer priorities, delivery schedules, and special dispatch instructions.
- Ensure dispatches are completed within the committed customer/OEM/EMS delivery timelines.
- Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and support corrective actions for delayed shipments.
- Maintain proper customer-wise shipment traceability from dispatch through final delivery.
- Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch/MIS reports for management review.
- Monitor pending dispatches and follow up with Production and Stores to avoid shipment delays.
- Ensure proper loading, vehicle utilization, shipment security, and safe material handling during dispatch.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve delivery, documentation, packing, and transportation issues effectively.
- Maintain strong focus on customer satisfaction, delivery performance, accuracy, and timely execution of all dispatch activities.

What we are looking for

- Dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch & Logistics Qualified with hands-on experience in dispatch planning, shipment coordination, documentation, transportation management, and customer delivery operations. Experienced in managing the end-to-end dispatch process for finished PCBs, electronic assemblies, components, and electronic products while ensuring timely delivery as per customer schedules and commitments.
- Skilled in coordinating with Production, Stores, Sales, Quality, Transporters, Courier Agencies, and Logistics Partners to ensure shipment readiness and smooth movement of finished goods. Proficient in preparing and maintaining dispatch documentation including Delivery Challans, Tax Invoices, E-Way Bills, Packing Lists, Transporter Documents, and Export Documents, wherever applicable.
- Experienced in daily dispatch planning, vehicle planning, shipment tracking, delivery monitoring, and resolving transportation-related delays and issues. Robust knowledge of proper packing practices for electronic products, including ESD-safe packaging for sensitive components, to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
- Capable of maintaining accurate dispatch records, customer shipment history, and delivery performance data, while ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer/OEM/EMS requirements. A proactive and organized professional with strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, documentation, and time-management skills, committed to achieving on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
