- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding

- Handle payroll processing inputs, attendance, leave management, and coordination with finance or payroll vendors

- Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other labor law requirements

- Address employee grievances, support disciplinary processes, and ensure timely resolution in line with company policies

- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

- Oversee HR administration including employee lifecycle management, exit formalities, and asset coordination

- Support performance management, appraisals, employee engagement, and training initiatives

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, company procedures, and applicable labor laws

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
