Experience: 2 to 5 Years

:

1. Hardware Maintenance:

Assist in the maintenance and management of hardware components within the hospital's IT environment, ensuring they are operational and secure.

2. Inventory Support:

Assist in maintaining records of hardware assets, including tracking utilization and supporting planning for hardware refresh cycles and upgrades.

3. Security Support:

Assist in implementing security measures for hardware components, including access controls, security patches and updates to protect against cyber security threats.

4. Vendor Coordination:

Collaborate with hardware vendors, service providers and maintenance teams to facilitate hardware repairs, service contracts and equipment replacements.

5. End-User Support:

Provide technical support to end-users and staff regarding hardware-related issues, troubleshooting problems and coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.

6. Documentation:





Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to hardware configurations, manuals and support procedures.

7. Disaster Recovery Support:

Contribute to the development and maintenance of hardware-related disaster recovery plans to ensure IT infrastructure resilience and quick recovery in the event of hardware failure.

8. Budget Support:

Assist in budget management for the hardware department, including resource allocation and cost control.

9. Technology Awareness:

Stay informed about emerging hardware technologies and assist in evaluating their potential applications in the hospital.

10. Compliance:

Ensure that hardware infrastructure complies with healthcare regulations, industry standards and best practices.

Required Skill Sets:

1. Basic knowledge of hardware components, troubleshooting techniques and hardware maintenance.
2. Familiarity with cyber security best practices and hardware security measures.
3. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
