Key Responsibilities

- Content Planning: Develop monthly content calendars with relevant topics, post ideas, content angles and formats aligned with Benaka’s products, capabilities and industry.
- Agency Management: Brief the external agency, communicate requirements, track deliverables, follow up on pending work and ensure content is delivered on schedule.
- Content Review and Quality Control: Critically review agency-produced content for clarity, readability, structure, tone, technical accuracy and relevance. Identify gaps, provide actionable feedback and ensure revisions are completed before publication.
- Technical Validation: Work with internal teams to understand Benaka’s products and manufacturing processes, ensuring that content accurately represents our capabilities and technical expertise.
- Brand and Content Governance: Ensure all content adheres to agreed brand guidelines, communication standards and quality expectations before it is published.
- Performance Monitoring: Track content performance and social media metrics, identify trends and recommend improvements to the content strategy.

What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, social media management,



communications or a related role.
- Robust writing, editing and critical evaluation skills.
- The ability to distinguish between content that merely sounds valuable and content that communicates meaningful, accurate information.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to hold external partners accountable for quality and timelines.
- An ability to understand technical information and assess whether it has been communicated accurately and accessibly.
- Attention to detail, ownership and a structured approach to managing deliverables.

Good to Have
- Experience working with external marketing or content agencies.
- Exposure to B2B marketing, manufacturing, engineering or industrial businesses.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media analytics and content performance metrics.
