- Manage office administration activities, including housekeeping and office boy coordination.
- Monitor and maintain office stationery and other administrative requirements.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office support as required.
- Handle domestic and international air, rail, and bus ticket bookings
- Manage hotel reservations, cancellations, and modifications as per requirements
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, management, and guests .
- Liaise with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and other vendors for best rates and services
- Maintain travel schedules, itineraries, and related documentation
- Ensure adherence to company travel policies and approval processes
- Handle travel-related billing, invoices,
and reconciliation
- Provide administrative support, including record-keeping and reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments for travel planning and logistics
- Address last-minute travel changes and resolve travel-related issues promptly
