- Must possess extensive knowledge and experience in Operating System imaging, scheduled task sequencing, and the creation of both physical and virtual Windows desktop and laptop machines within a designated test lab environment.
- Strong expertise in building Windows-based machines, including physical and virtual environments.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, and test creation (e.g., copilots, chat-based assistants, and IDE-integrated AI).
- Familiarity with agentic AI tools/workflows (multi-step agents, automation via AI, prompt/runbook design) and an understanding of governance and safe use in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as SCCM and Intune.
- Proficient in deployment to both Windows and Mac environments.
- Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting macOS, including packaging/deployment workflows and common endpoint management integrations.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software technical issues.
- Robust analytical, critical thinking, multitasking, and decision-making skills are essential.
- Must be flexible and willing to work in a 24/7 environment with varying shifts and should excel in a team setting.
- Ability to adapt to emerging technologies as trends evolve.
- Ensure adherence to best practices established by the team.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills are necessary, including the creation and maintenance of documentation and/or wiki pages for all projects.
- Communicates ideas and thoughts clearly and effectively using both verbal and nonverbal techniques.
