- Qualification: Any UG Degree / B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Interior Estimation / Quantity Survey.
- Experience in purchase planning, vendor management, and Purchase Order (PO) handling.
- Skilled in BOQ/BOM preparation and quantity estimation.
- Good negotiation skills for vendor pricing and contract terms.
- Knowledge of interior materials, product quality, and cost analysis.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.).
- Language: Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
