- Prepare and review BOQs and tender specifications, enquiry floating to vendors and getting tender quotations from vendors for fire fighting projects.
- Analyze technical drawings, tender documents, and specifications.
- Verify BOQ quantities with drawings, preparing cost estimate for material and labour costs, and indirect costs.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations for cost optimization.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and project teams for tender submissions.
- Solid knowledge of fire fighting systems, piping, pumps, and all relevant standards such as IS, BIS, NBC and NFPA is required.
