Key Responsibilities

- Estimation &
- BOQ Preparation:

Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis based on architectural/civil drawings.

- Billing &

- Certification:

Draft and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, RA bills, and final completion bills in line with contract conditions.

- Site Measurement &

- Verification:

Cross-check site measurements with Measurement Books (MB) and approved drawings before billing.

- Material Reconciliation: Perform monthly material and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) reconciliations to monitor consumption versus estimates.

- Cost Control &

- MIS Reporting:

Track project expenses, evaluate extra/deviation items, and generate Management Information System (MIS) reports for management.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Purchase/Contracts teams, and Finance departments..

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
