MicroNXT Solutions is looking for an ERPNext Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation, business process mapping, scripting and deployment.

You will work directly with clients to understand their business requirements, configure and customise ERPNext, and support implementation through testing, training, go-live and ongoing support.

Candidates must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate before joining. Travel to client locations is required for meetings, implementation, training and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather client requirements through meetings and business process discussions.
- Map business requirements to ERPNext modules and recommend suitable configurations or customisations.
- Configure workflows, approval processes, roles, permissions and master data.
- Develop client scripts, server scripts, custom reports, print formats and Frappe customisations.
- Write and troubleshoot Python, JavaScript and SQL code.
- Support integrations with third-party applications using APIs.
- Install, configure and deploy ERPNext/Frappe environments using Linux and Frappe Bench.
- Handle application updates, migrations, backups, restoration and deployment troubleshooting.
- Support data migration, functional testing and user acceptance testing.
- Conduct demonstrations and user training,



and support go-live and post-implementation activities.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate progress, issues and dependencies clearly.

Required Skills and Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience with ERPNext and the Frappe framework.
- Mandatory business domain knowledge covering core processes such as sales, purchasing, inventory and accounting, including how transactions flow between these functions.
- Practical experience configuring and implementing ERPNext modules.
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL, client scripts and server scripts.
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext installation, deployment, migrations and backups.
- Familiarity with Linux, Frappe Bench, Git and REST APIs.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business users and technical teams.
- Robust problem-solving, documentation and task ownership skills.
- Willingness to be based in Bengaluru and travel to client locations.
- Availability to join immediately.

Preferred Skills
- Participation in at least one ERPNext implementation through go-live.
- Experience developing custom Frappe applications.
- Exposure to manufacturing, CRM, projects or HR processes.
- Familiarity with GST-related business workflows.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
