Understand, manage, and optimize the complete capability of the Jewellery ERP system.

Identify, implement, and monitor unused ERP modules, workflows, and functionalities to maximize system utilization.

Drive ERP adoption across departments and ensure compliance with defined processes and controls.

Coordinate with ERP vendors for implementation, customization, troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous improvements.

Map, review, and redesign business processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

Develop, implement, and monitor SOP-driven systems across all functions.

Identify opportunities for digitization and automation to reduce manual work, improve productivity, and minimize operational leakages.

Establish process controls, approval workflows, and accountability mechanisms across departments.

Conduct periodic process audits and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Design and strengthen MIS, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems to improve operational and management visibility.

Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, security systems, and business applications.

Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure uninterrupted business operations and timely issue resolution.

Ensure data security, system access controls, backup management, and adherence to IT governance standards.

Lead implementation of current technology solutions, software applications, and digital transformation initiatives.

Work closely with department heads to identify operational challenges and implement system-driven solutions.





Train and support employees on ERP, technology platforms, SOPs, and process compliance requirements.

Drive a culture of process discipline, technology adoption, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Monitor project progress, implementation effectiveness, and achievement of process improvement objectives.

Act as a central point of coordination between business teams, management, ERP partners, and IT vendors to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Ensure IT Security and Data Safety across all branches through periodic reviews and implementation of appropriate security controls.

Conduct Quarterly IT Security Audits across all branches to assess system vulnerabilities, data protection measures, user access controls, and compliance with IT security standards. Ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Provide Basic IT Hardware and Network Support, including coordination for desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, networking equipment, internet connectivity, and troubleshooting of routine IT issues.

Prepare and submit a Monthly Process Implementation Plan at the beginning of each month, outlining the processes, systems, controls, and improvement initiatives planned for implementation.

Submit a Monthly Process Implementation Report at the end of each month, detailing planned versus actual implementations, project status, challenges encountered, pending actions, and overall progress against objectives.
