Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide application support to end users on ERP modules, ensuring timely resolution of issues and requests.

- Handle ticketing system, including creating tickets, updating statuses, and resolving queries related to application errors or discrepancies.

- Collaborate with other stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues .

- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders regarding issue resolution timescales and expected outcomes.

- User training sessions for new features and enhancements implemented in the system.
