About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented skilled to manage container equipment flow, inventory monitoring, dispatch requests, operational exceptions, and equipment-related activities for global cargo operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor container inventory at depots and terminals, identifying overdue containers, wrong returns, and inventory mismatches.
- Process and track equipment dispatch requests and ensure timely closure.
- Manage dispatch rules, shipper pools, late pick-ups, and street-turn requests.
- Capture and validate equipment events (EPOS) and coordinate corrections with depots, terminals, and vendors.
- Create storage and LOLO work orders and verify vendor invoices.
- Monitor overdue containers and coordinate with vendors for timely resolution.




- Track Smart Return / Smart Pick-up performance and prepare operational reports.
- Maintain accurate Excel trackers, audit-ready records, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with customer service teams, vendors, depots, terminals, and regional offices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in container shipping, liner operations, container logistics, equipment control, or depot operations.
- Hands-on experience with container inventory, equipment tracking, dispatch, or logistics back-office operations.
- Knowledge of freight/equipment management systems and EDI/EPOS events is preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, including filters, lookups, trackers, and basic reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, operational exceptions, and multiple systems accurately.
