Role: EPC / 5G Core Test Engineer

Experience: 5-8 Years

Location: Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Chennai | Delhi NCR

We are looking for a skilled EPC / 5G Core Test Engineer with hands-on experience in validating 4G LTE and 5G Core network functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing end-to-end mobile core network scenarios, ensuring seamless subscriber registration, session management, mobility, and network performance.

What You'll Do

- Perform end-to-end testing of EPC and 5G Core network functions .
- Validate LTE Attach, 5G Registration, PDN Connectivity, and PDU Session Establishment procedures.
- Execute functional, integration, interoperability, regression, performance, and scale testing .
- Perform load, stress, and scalability testing using Spirent Landslide .
- Validate subscriber mobility scenarios including handovers and roaming use cases.
- Test and verify network slicing functionality in 5G environments.




- Analyze and troubleshoot protocol issues using Wireshark and packet trace analysis .
- Work with engineering and operations teams to identify and resolve defects.

Required Skills

- 5-8 years of experience in Telecom Testing / Core Network Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spirent Landslide (Mandatory) .
- Valuable understanding of EPC and 5G Core architecture .
- Experience with LTE Attach, 5G Registration, PDN, and PDU Session procedures .
- Strong knowledge of GTP and PFCP protocols .
- Experience in performance, interoperability, load, stress, and scale testing .
- Hands-on expertise in Wireshark and protocol trace analysis .
- Understanding of mobility management and network slicing concepts.
