Role Description The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ERP software to support core business processes across finance, operations, HR, and other functions. Daily activities include analyzing existing workflows, mapping business requirements to ERP capabilities, coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and implementing system updates and enhancements.

The ERP Specialist will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, create user documentation, and provide training and support to team members.



The role also involves collaborating with consultants and technical teams to ensure data integrity, process consistency, and alignment with business growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Business Process and Business Process Improvement to analyze, design, and refine workflows.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Software to configure, maintain, and optimize systems.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field; relevant ERP certifications are an advantage.
- Experience implementing or supporting ERP solutions in a consulting or corporate environment, preferably in scaling or growth-focused businesses.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.
