• Certificate Experience Letter on completion ## Key Responsibilities As an Engineering Intern, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities, including:

Owning an assigned design project end-to-end within the internship scope, encompassing concept study, design inputs, CAD modelling/drafting, calculations, and comprehensive documentation.

Logging hours daily on the time clock with an honest, specific record of work done.

Attending every weekly Zoom review prepared with progress updates, queries, and a transparent plan for the upcoming week.

Submitting written queries and project reviews on the portal each week before the review meeting.

Delivering a professional-quality 50-hour mid-point presentation and a 100-hour final presentation with compelling slides and deliverables.

Protecting the confidentiality of all Nandan drawings, data, customer information, and project material.

Qualifications To be successful in this internship, candidates should possess: Qualifications:



Students pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Robotics, or Mechatronics Engineering.

No prior professional experience is required; this program is designed for aspiring engineers. Primary Skills: Proficiency in Engineering Drawing principles.

Familiarity with CAD Software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, Fusion 360).

Understanding of fundamental Design Principles.

Ability to create clear and concise Technical Documentation.

Basic Project Management skills.

Strong Problem-Solving abilities. Desired Qualities: Self-driven and highly motivated.

Disciplined about logging work honestly and accurately.

Comfortable communicating progress and ideas effectively in English.

Eager to learn from feedback and continuously improve.

Curiosity about aviation, defence, and heavy engineering sectors. ## Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have Skills) Candidates who possess the following skills or experience will stand out:

Experience with Design Calculations.

Knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Understanding of Hydraulics/Pneumatics systems.

Missing two consecutive weekly Zoom reviews without prior approval is grounds for discontinuation.

Continuation beyond 50 hours is subject to a satisfactory mid-point presentation and mentor review.

Certificate and Experience Letter are issued only upon acceptance of the final 100-hour presentation and deliverables.
