Designation/Position Name : Engineer/ Sr. Engineer-EHS

Location Mahape , Navi Mumbai

Education : Diploma or Advanced Certification in Industrial Safety preferred NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification desirable (Govt. Approved Institute )

English Communication Mandatory

Responsibilities-

Job Desription

1.Monitor safety KPIs and drive corrective/preventive actions.

2.Conduct branch, customer-site, and service engineer safety audits as per need.

3.Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, company EHS standards, and statutory regulations.

4.Digitize safety reporting, audits, CAPA tracking, and dashboards.

5.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for safety implementation.

6.Ensure 100% safety training and competency development for service personnel.

7.Implement and improve safety procedures, manuals, and management systems.





8.Promote a proactive safety culture through audits, observations, and leadership engagement.

Skill Set:

- Requirement Knowledge of ISO 45001, OSHA, and local statutory safety regulations Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA)
- Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis
- Safety Audits and Compliance Management
- Permit-to-Work (PTW) System Electrical Safety and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Emergency Response Planning Safety Training and Awareness Programs
- MS Office and reporting tools proficiency
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skill
