Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and manage production activities in the CNC, VMC, and general machine shop areas.
- Prepare and execute daily production plans to meet output and quality targets.
- Conduct daily defect analysis and implement corrective actions for line quality issues.
- Monitor and review machine breakdowns and associated line losses; coordinate timely maintenance.
- Ensure daily move orders are generated and tracked efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE – Mechanical/Production).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in CNC and VMC operations.
- Hands-on experience in managing machine shop operations and tooling.
- Experience:




- 05 to 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/engineering industry.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities in a production setting.
