We are looking for candidates with relevant technical qualifications and experience in thermal power plant operations, maintenance, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, instrumentation, and control systems.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline; specific positions may require MSc/BSc or other relevant qualifications.
- Experience: Generally 2–5 years of relevant experience for most positions.




- Senior Position: Overall / BTG O&M; Site Incharge requires BE/B.Tech with 15+ years of experience.
- Technical Experience: Candidates should have experience relevant to the position and applicable power plant capacity, including 135 MW, 300 MW or 800 TPH systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day power plant operations and maintenance activities.
- Monitor plant equipment, operating parameters and system performance.
- Coordinate with shift teams and maintenance departments.
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Follow plant safety procedures, operational standards and compliance requirements.
- Maintain operational records and support reliable plant performance.
