- Plan and supervise welding activities for aerospace & defense components and assemblies.
- Develop and implement welding procedures (WPS/PQR).
- Monitor welding quality, NDT and process compliance.
- Resolve welding-related technical issues and support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Engineering teams.
Qualification & Experience:
- Freshers B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy or Welding Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in GTAW/TIG,Auto-TIG, GMAW/MIG, and other welding processes.
- Knowledge of aerospace materials, welding metallurgy and relevant standards.
- Understanding of welding drawings, specifications and NDT methods.
- Experience in aerospace, defence or heavy engineering welding preferred.
