We are hiring an experienced

Email Marketing Specialist for a growing marketing services firm. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B email campaigns, outbound outreach, marketing automation, email deliverability, and lead generation, with a robust understanding of international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute targeted

B2B email marketing and outbound campaigns

.

- Build and manage prospect lists using

Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and other prospecting platforms

.

- Develop personalized email sequences, segmentation strategies, and lead-nurturing workflows.

- Execute

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

campaigns to engage target accounts and decision-makers.

- Monitor email deliverability, sender reputation, domain warm-up, and campaign performance.

- Understand and implement email authentication protocols, including

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC

.

- Work with email marketing automation and outreach tools such as

HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Zoho Campaigns, and Seamless

.





- Track open rates, click-through rates, replies, conversions, and other campaign KPIs to optimize performance.

- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to improve lead quality and campaign outcomes.

Requirements

- Minimum

4 years of experience in B2B email marketing

.

- Hands-on experience with email marketing automation, outbound campaigns, and email sequencing

.

- Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain warm-up, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC

.

- Experience with prospecting tools, CRM platforms, and email outreach automation.

- Familiarity with

ABM, lead generation, segmentation, and personalization

.

- Exposure to international markets, particularly the

US, UK, or Europe

, is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
