We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketer to support our US market expansion through targeted B2B email campaigns, personalised outreach, and lead generation.

The role will focus on identifying potential business customers, executing email marketing campaigns, nurturing prospects, and generating qualified leads and sales meetings for the business development team. We welcome applications from both experienced freelancers and full-time professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential US-based companies, prospects, and key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect databases using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools.
- Plan and execute personalised B2B cold-email campaigns targeting relevant industries and decision-makers.
- Create effective email sequences, follow-ups, and lead-nurturing campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value target accounts.
- Write compelling email copy, subject lines, and calls to action to generate responses and sales opportunities.
- Monitor email deliverability, open rates, reply rates, positive responses, and meetings booked.
- Maintain accurate prospect data, campaign records,



and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to qualify leads and convert responses into meetings and demos.
- Follow email outreach best practices, including sender reputation management and applicable email marketing regulations.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; a background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B email marketing, cold-email outreach, or outbound lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach tools.
- Understanding of the US B2B market, prospect research, and outbound sales processes.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong written English and the ability to create personalised, qualified email communication.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise outreach based on results.
- Comfortable working with US business hours when required.
