- Plan, execute and manage Email Marketing campaigns.

- Create and manage WhatsApp Business API campaigns.

- Develop automated WhatsApp communication and customer journeys.

- Create campaigns for lead nurturing, follow-ups, reactivation and customer engagement.

- Segment databases based on customer profile, product, location, lead stage and engagement.

- Develop email/WhatsApp communication calendars and campaign strategies.

- Create and manage automated workflows based on customer actions and CRM stages.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and conversions.

- Track key metrics such as Open Rate, CTR, Delivery Rate, Response Rate, Conversion Rate and Unsubscribe Rate.

- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, VRM, Sales and CRM teams for lead nurturing campaigns.

- Maintain database hygiene and ensure compliance with communication policies.

- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports and actionable insights.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
