Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and execute ELV system installations as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Oversee installation of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, Public Address (PA), Intercom, and other ELV systems.

- Review ELV layouts, shop drawings, schematics, and technical submittals before execution.

- Coordinate with electrical, IT, civil, security, and other MEP teams for interface management.

- Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, material availability, and subcontractor activities.

- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, inspection procedures, safety requirements, and approved method statements.

- Coordinate testing, commissioning, system integration, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.

- Maintain inspection reports, testing records, as-built drawings,



and punch-list closure documentation.

- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project management teams to resolve site issues and ensure timely execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- 510 years of experience in ELV installation and execution, preferably in data center construction projects.

- Solid knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, and other ELV systems.

- Ability to interpret ELV layouts, schematics, and technical specifications.

- Experience in testing, commissioning, quality inspections, and coordination with multiple MEP disciplines.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
