About the Role

Skillzenloop is looking for a professional and customer-focused Email & Chat Process Intern to support customer communication, respond to enquiries, and assist with day-to-day customer service operations. The selected candidate will gain practical experience in written communication, customer query management, email handling, and online support processes while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries through email and chat channels in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes based on approved guidelines.
- Understand customer concerns and help identify appropriate solutions.
- Draft clear, polite, and well-structured email responses.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate team.
- Monitor pending enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist in managing customer feedback and service requests.
- Update customer information and interaction records accurately.
- Follow established communication guidelines and service quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information.

Skills and Qualifications

- Good written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of email etiquette and professional communication.
- Ability to write clear, grammatically correct, and customer-friendly responses.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email applications.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is beneficial.
- Robust listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise tasks.
- Willingness to learn customer support tools and processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, Communication, Management, or a related field may apply.
- Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome.
