This role requires excellent craftsmanship, hands-on assembly experience, and strong attention to precision. You will work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to assemble and validate critical electromechanical systems used by doctors globally.
Fabricate wire harnesses including wire stripping, crimping, sleeve installation, connector assembly, and clean cable routing according to engineering drawings. PCB Assembly & Soldering: Perform high-quality SMD and through-hole soldering for PCB assemblies and integration into larger systems.
Electrical Assembly: Execute structural wiring, routing, termination, and neat installation of electrical components inside advanced robotic systems. Testing & Validation: Conduct continuity and electrical testing using multimeters and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and verify functionality before integration.
Inventory Support: Track electronic components and assist in maintaining accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs).
