We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician (3–5 years) to handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for rotational molding machines in our manufacturing plant in Hoshiarpur, Punjab.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of roto molding machines and related equipment.
- Manage and troubleshoot PLC panels, control systems, electrical wiring, sensors, relays, contactors, and VFDs.
- Conduct hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of LPG burners, burner control systems, and ignition systems.
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to resolve electrical faults and minimize downtime.
- Maintain electrical panels, motors, heating systems, and ensure machine safety systems comply with safety standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth machine operation.
- Document maintenance logs and report recurring electrical issues to the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance (rotational molding or plastic manufacturing experience preferred).
- Solid practical knowledge of PLC control panels, VFDs, sensors, and LPG burner controllers.
- Ability to independently diagnose electrical breakdowns and troubleshoot control systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical safety procedures.
