Responsibilities- ELECTRICIAN

- Valid C or B-License (mandatory).
- Electrical Operations & Maintenance

Operate, monitor, and maintain all electrical systems including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, VFDs, and distribution boards.
- Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and scheduled servicing of electrical installations.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply to tenants, common areas, and critical facilities.
- Compliance & Safety, Strictly adhere to safety regulations, electrical codes, and mall compliance standards.
- Maintain logbooks for all electrical operations, energy consumption, and equipment breakdowns.
- Coordination & Support Coordinate with external vendors,



AMC service providers, and contractors for specialized works. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily records of electrical consumption, equipment status, and breakdown reports.
- Track inventory of electrical consumables, spares, and tools.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5/3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in malls, commercial complexes, or large facilities.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during emergencies.
