– Electrical Maintenance ManagerKey Responsibilities

- Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipment.

- Ensure reliable operation of HT/LT panels, transformers, switchgear, motors, VFDs, MCCs, PCCs, UPS, and DG sets.

- Minimize equipment breakdowns and improve plant uptime and reliability.

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and annual shutdown activities.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring failures.

- Ensure electrical safety, LOTO, permit-to-work, earthing, and statutory compliance.

- Monitor power consumption, power factor, maximum demand, and energy-saving initiatives.

- Manage electrical maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractors.

- Lead, train, and supervise electrical engineers, technicians, and contract manpower.

- Coordinate with Production,



Utilities, Instrumentation, Projects, and EHS departments.

- Maintain electrical drawings, maintenance records, and technical documentation.

- Monitor maintenance KPIs, including breakdown downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance compliance.

Qualification and Experience

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

- 8–15 years of relevant industrial electrical maintenance experience.

- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning.

- Experience with SAP PM / CMMS and electrical safety standards.

- Robust leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
