Role Description The Electrical Engineer will work on-site in Chakan and near by areas in a full-time capacity, supporting electrical systems for machinery and plant operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and reviewing electrical circuits and panels, preparing drawings and documentation, and ensuring secure and efficient power distribution for equipment. The role involves diagnosing electrical issues, performing root-cause analysis, and coordinating repairs or modifications with internal teams and external vendors.

The Electrical

Engineer will participate in installation, commissioning, and testing of machinery, while ensuring compliance with relevant electrical standards, safety protocols, and company procedures. Collaboration with mechanical, production, and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime is a key part of this position.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering for machinery, equipment, and plant systems.
- Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Electricity and safe electrical practices in an industrial environment.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Power Distribution and Power Systems for manufacturing facilities.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Experience with industrial machinery, control panels, and troubleshooting in a plant or factory setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards, protective devices, and basic PLC or automation concepts is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, use standard electrical tools and test instruments, and document work clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in a production-oriented environment.
