- Oversee in office electrical construction activities and ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and execute work as per approved designs.
- Prepare and submit daily progress and labour reports on a regular basis.
- Monitor quality control of electrical installations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and prepare electrical work checklists prior to execution and inspection activities.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure materials and workmanship meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and MEP teams for smooth project execution.
- Review electrical BOQs, material approvals, and contractor bills.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Preferred candidate profile Education : BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience : 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction / MEP Projects
