Job Summary

Noesis Service Consultant is looking for an Electrical Engineer to support the design and development of electrical systems for building projects, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with applicable standards, and coordination with other MEP services.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare electrical layouts for lighting, power distribution, cable routing, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
- Develop Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), electrical load schedules, Distribution Board (DB) schedules, and cable sizing calculations.
- Prepare electrical BOQs, technical specifications, and design documentation.
- Coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting services.
- Review drawings, resolve design discrepancies, and incorporate revisions.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical standards, building codes, and project requirements.
- Assist senior engineers in design reviews, technical coordination, and project deliverables.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of electrical drawings and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in electrical design within an MEP consultancy or building-services engineering firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantage.
- Understanding of electrical distribution systems, lighting design,



and building services.
- Knowledge of electrical load calculations, cable sizing, SLDs, and DB schedules.
- Familiarity with applicable IS standards, NBC requirements, and relevant electrical codes.
- Solid technical, communication, and coordination skills.

Specific Industry Requirements Target Companies / Industry Background:

- Nirmantu: Candidates with relevant experience in electrical design, building services, or MEP consultancy projects.
- MAK: Candidates with relevant experience in electrical engineering design, MEP coordination, and building-services projects.
- MEP Design Consultancies: Candidates with hands-on experience in electrical design for commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, or other building projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates currently working with MEP design consultancies or building-services engineering firms.
- Experience preparing electrical layouts, SLDs, load schedules, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Practical knowledge of coordinating electrical drawings with HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, architectural, and structural teams.
- Candidates with electrical design experience will be preferred over those whose experience is limited to site execution, maintenance, or installation.
- Candidates should be shortlisted based on their actual electrical design responsibilities and relevant project exposure, rather than company name alone.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
