Experience Required: 4–5 years in industrial maintenance

Aarti Greentech is seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer with experience in HT/LT systems, motors, VFDs, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT electrical systems, motors, VFDs, control panels, and industrial equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure reliable plant operations.
- Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions.
- Monitor electrical equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 4–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, motors, VFDs, control circuits, and industrial automation.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and electrical safety.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
