: Electrical Engineer – Real Estate / Construction
Job Summary
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical works at construction sites, ensuring proper installation, quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical installation, wiring, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, plumbing, MEP teams, and contractors.
- Monitor site progress, material requirements, and work quality.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and project timelines.
- Identify and resolve electrical-related technical issues.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering, 4+ years of relevant experience.
