BHASHA World is looking for a results-oriented professional with strong telecalling, counselling, and admission conversion skills to join our team.

Location: FC Road, Pune

Work Mode: Offline – Work from Office

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 6 months – 3 years THE ROLE

We are looking for a candidate who can handle student enquiries, make outbound calls, counsel prospective students, and convert leads into confirmed paid admissions.

This role is not about making calls just to complete a calling target. We are looking for someone who knows how to turn conversations into conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on incoming enquiries.
- Convert leads into confirmed course admissions through effective counselling and sales conversations.
- Understand student requirements, explain course benefits, handle objections, and close admissions.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested and undecided prospects.
- Track leads, call outcomes, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Work towards admission and revenue targets.




- Maintain skilled communication with prospective students and parents.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Robust telecalling and lead-conversion skills are a must.
- Experience in EdTech sales, educational counselling, inside sales, or admissions conversion is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to build trust with prospects and close sales over the phone.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results.
- Comfortable working with lead databases, follow-up systems, and basic CRM or spreadsheets.
