Key Responsibilities

- Manage e-commerce operations across various marketplace platforms, ensuring smooth execution during major sales events (e.g., BBD, Prime Day, EORS).

- Oversee operations on quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

- Ensure catalogue availability, store-level inventory visibility, and execution of promotional campaigns.

- Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize sales performance.

- Utilize marketplace seller panels to manage catalog operations and ensure listing health.

- Generate performance reports and analyze data to drive strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required Skills

- 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace management,



preferably in the skincare, cosmetics, beauty, or wellness industry.

- Hands-on experience with marketplace seller panels and catalog operations.

- Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, inventory management, and listing health.

- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and performance reporting.

- Ability to manage multiple marketplace channels simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
