Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day website merchandising and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.

- Plan and maintain the site content calendar in alignment with marketing priorities.

- Manage landing pages, promotional banners, product placements, and customer touchpoints.

- Handle CMS updates, ticket submission, prioritization, execution, and quality assurance (QA).

- Monitor website performance and customer journey analytics to improve engagement and conversion rates.

- Coordinate with APAC and global teams on UX/UI enhancements, website features, and rollout timelines.

- * Identify operational issues, improve workflows, and guide junior team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or Master's degree with 3+ years).
- Experience in eCommerce Site Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or Web Operations.
- Solid knowledge of CMS platforms, website content management, and merchandising optimization.
- Understanding of customer journey analytics, conversion optimization, and desktop/mobile experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Contentful experience will be an added advantage.
