Job Title: Merchant Operations Manager

Experience: 38 years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

Annual CTC Budget: Up to 13 LPA

:

- Manage merchant relationships and resolve operational escalations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor order fulfilment, deliveries, returns, and overall service levels.
- Manage end-to-end claims, disputes, payment settlements, and account reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure timely claim resolution.
- Analyse operational issues, improve processes, and implement automation initiatives.
- Develop SOPs, monitor SLAs, and drive continuous improvement in merchant operations.

Key Skills: E-commerce marketplace operations, merchant management, claims management,



reconciliation, stakeholder management, data analysis, and process improvement.
